Zune
So it turns out the word "Zune", which is also the name of Microsoft's iPod "competitor", means F*** in Hebrew. Almost. [tags]zune, microsoft, ipod, hebrew, language[/tags]

Rethinking my web site and my use of web services
I've been thinking about doing this for sometime — taking everything that I put online and centralizing it onto my site. As most of you know I have an account on flickr…
My new office used to be a filled with blue elephants
When we first came to look at our new apartment we saw just what we expected in nearly every room. After the previous tenants had left, our landlord went through each room…
Weigh in: Week Nineteen
I weighed in this morning at 186.5 pounds, or up 1.5 pounds from two weeks ago. The weight gain is almost meaningless but it does remind me to stay on track, and…
Eagles vs. Packers
The best type of gift to give someone is the type of gift you also benefit from. Eliza has always wanted to see her favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers, live…
Theme Park prices
Welcome to Hershey Park This past weekend we visited Hershey Park, and I wanted to make a note of something that really gets me. Theme Park prices are the worst example of…

TUG got dugg
For anyone trying to access TUG, sorry. I have learned my lesson and will never digg anything ever again. Valueless traffic, that shuts your site down until the spike disappears. Lesson learned….
Weigh in: Week Fifteen
Without a doubt, I'm not being as strict as I used to be on my diet. I'm eating slightly more, and sometimes it isn't the best of foods. My metabolism is much…

U.S. getting fatter?
And I completely agree with this. Everywhere I look I see people breathing heavy because they had to bend down to pick up the cookies on the bottom shelf at Walmart. I'm…
Weigh in: Week Thirteen
Last week I was 192.2 pounds, this week I'm 192.0 pounds. Am I discouraged? Not in the least, listen to the week I had. Tuesday of last week, weigh in day, Eliza…
Pictionary
Occasionally when we've got a group of guys/gals over, we do the Pictionary thing. More often than not, we split the teams up by guys and gals. This definitely gives the girls…
I ran one mile
I set the goal to run a mile before today because I figured it was a good idea to set goals. If I didn't make it I could have said "Well, I…
My 7th wedding anniversary gifts
For those that do not know Eliza's track record, allow me to simply tell you that she is far better at gift giving than I am. She's incredibly thoughtful, and when she…
