About the diet
Yes, the official name is “the diet”. It all started off as a contest among a few friends. Since that time the diet has flourished into a much larger “movement” online to lose weight. Thousands and thousands of pounds have been lost on The Diet. Although some of the original dieters have now moved onto other things – that doesn’t mean that we’re not still all connected to the idea that losing weight and keeping it off should be a community effort.
Latest news
Diet and exercise are going to be a constantly running theme in my life and I like to blog about my progress and regress. So, I am starting to diet again. My immediate goal is 205 with a future goal of 180. See the bottom of the list of weigh ins for the most recent one.
My weigh ins for The Diet
Here are my weigh ins over the course of the diet. I am not weighing in as often anymore but I typically weigh in every Tuesday morning. So, here are my weigh ins from beginning to end.
