About the diet
Yes, the official name is “the diet” – and it all started off as a contest among a few friends. Since that time the diet has flourished into a much larger “movement” online to lose weight. Thousands and thousands of pounds have been lost on The Diet.
And now it is back again. This time starting as a smaller challenge with an invite to anyone that would like you join. This page is used to keep people up to date with all of the latest news.
