Flying a drone at sunset – October 2019
This image is from my Flying a drone at sunset episode of Photowalking with Colin. You can listen to that episode above to get the whole story. Be sure to subscribe to the blog or the podcast to get future episodes delivered right to you.
aerial, drone, fall, photowalking, trees
The audio “cuts out” at two points, ~2:30 when the farmer is telling you no and something about his cows, and again at ~5:45 when you’re first talking about what you do/don’t do with your drone photography (happens both via Apple Podcasts and here on your website).
When you mentioned suggestions of things that you could do at 30′, I’m wondering if you find a nice old barn, silo, farmhouse, or even an old tree standing relatively alone, whether those might not make for some interesting shots/angles from that altitude?
(As is apparent, I am slowly making my way through the episodes ;-) )
