According to The Verge:
"Microsoft listed its Surface pricingat its online Microsoft Storethis morning, indicating that pre-orders will be available shortly."
And then, promptly:
"Update: Microsoft’s online store listing has now gone offline."
So, they tried. That was nice of them to try.
