Moth photos
On the heels of last night’s lightning storm, we had a moth on our deck this morning.
He still hasn’t flown away. I am thinking maybe he’d be good for the diet. How many calories in a moth anyway?
Update: Turns out this is a form of cecropia moth.

HAHA! I don’t know but maybe a pinch of protein.
Couldn’t hurt if you want a snack!
Then you won’t feel bad about it.
I’m snacking on crackers. They’re plain, not salty and just BLAH.
Damn… I could sure go for an ice cream right now…
Must control myself. I Must.

Ana: Eliza and I got the 100 calorie bags of doritos, cheetos, and some chocolate chip cookies. They taste great, but if you only eat 1 bag it is only 100 calories.

Colin: Or you could eat “no” bags and eat fruit instead. I would not advise eating that thing. It would be powdery and probably get stuck in your mouth (*blech*).

Zach, you’ve never dieted have you?
As for the cecropia moth, I’m sure it would be better fried, but with your diet and all…

Nicole is right. It’d be better fried. I had fried crickets once…

[...] Another moth and not to be confused with the huge moth that was on our porch in May of this year. [...]
