Some links for your edification:

I watched Tantek’s presentation Take Back Your Web from Beyond Tellerrand during lunch. Great presentation. From it I added Mattias Ott’s blog post and this one by Aaron Parecki to Unmark to read later. Via Jeremy Keith.

Repost: Aaron Parecki “blogchain”

Matt Haughey “Communication is the hardest part”

Matt Haughey at the January DonutJS meetup in Portland, Oregon:

Being able to express myself is something I’ve worked on my whole life.

I’m constantly learning this lesson both personally and professionally. Each time I do the “landing” of it is softer and softer as I get older. But if someone isn’t “getting me” it is likely because I am not communicating properly.

Great presentation by Matt. I’m very glad for the internet as I wasn’t in Portland for DonutJS.

Aaron Parecki tackles 100 Days of Indieweb

Aaron Parecki:

Inspired by the “100 Day Project“, I’m setting out on a goal to accomplish 100 days of visible improvements to my IndieWeb projects. The challenge is to ship something visible and post about it for 100 days. Some of the improvements may be super tiny, some of them might be big.

I’m super swamped else I’d join Aaron in this. Perhaps in the spring. He’s already a few days into this. I’ll be following along on his blog.
