I realize that the Star Wars universe will end up living on through television, rereleased special edition DVD sets, cartoons, and probably some things I haven’t even thought of yet. But really, is there any reason to keep my Star Wars Hyperspace account?
I always enjoyed having my Hyperspace account because it gave behind-the-scenes access, the same footage available on the DVD, while the movies were actually being made. Just recently Peter Jackson did this with Kong, but he gave the content out for free and then released a DVD box-set. Should I expect Hyperspace to hold any real value in the future for me?
I let it lapse, but I’m wondering if anyone out there has an account, and is expecting to renew it.
