Everything I delete I regret. I might stop deleting.
@cdevroe I heard someone having a Twitter bot deleting their posts that are older than 2 weeks, emphasizing the ephemeral quality of the platform of stream of consciousness he wanted it to be.
@renevanbelzen That was @craigmod. He does that. I respect Craig a lot (he knows that). But on this particular topic he’s out of his mind. :)
@cdevroe Mind you, the script is named after a Stephen King novel. So there’s that too.
@cdevroe Same here. Well, I mean I do spend time thinking about and deciding on what I consider invaluable enough to delete. But there are still plenty of things with which a careful approach makes the most sense; archive instead of delete, record the action somewhere, etc.
