Chris, I completely agree with reheating pizza in the oven. Microwaved pizza is soggy and not kind on the taste buds!

Eliza and I have a pizza stone that we keep in the oven for reheating pizza. They cost next to nothing and yet make pizza and reheated pizza sooo much better. Highly recommended.

Cold pizza (or reheated pizza, but only when its reheated in an oven and not a microwave) can be awesome, but otherwise I really don't like leftovers. I'm weird, I guess.

While I have not had chicken parm in far too long, I really do love it left over. Nummers.

I love leftovers, too!

I recently discovered that Chicken Parmigiana is very delicious as a leftover.

Generally, any crumbed chicken is giddy as a leftover, and sometimes better than when cooked fresh.

I somewhat agree with your brownie tastes. Though, I do like them fresh if they're made correctly. I'm not sure if I like them brick-hard though. And they're awesome with ice cream! ;)

Well, in order to have a leftover Gombo, that would mean you didn't finish it.

Which I'm not sure is possible.

That is probably because you live on Gombos and I don't think they'd be good left over.

I'm not a huge fan of leftovers, though I cannot resist leftover taco meat--it makes awesome nachos the next day. Pizza's always good, but everything else is meh.

I second this. Turkey/thanksgiving leftovers are the best. Turkey Soup, Turkey Sandwiches, pie, cranberry sauce, jello, mashed potatoes, gravy... I am hungry now.

TURKEY leftovers are epic. They are even better because you can use those leftovers for other meals. Awesome!

Thanksgiving dinner has the best leftovers, by far. You get delicious turkey and other goodness for like a week, and then you're sick of it all until the next year. Yum.

Your broccoli and cheese soup is definitely better the second day. Almost better enough that I'd recommend making it a day before we intend to eat it.

But really, any leftover is my favorite. Because it gives me a night off from cooking, yet we still get a delicious meal.
