Ten weeks into the diet and still going strong. I have passed another milestone and am posting a photo to show results.

After nine weeks my diet is more a way of life rather than a diet.
Camping, driving, and company may have thrown off the schedule, but I did fairly well by sticking to my diet.
The seventh week of the diet proved to be one full of activity. This definitely attributed to my results, in which I’ve met my first goal.
After six weeks of being on the diet, I’m doing better than ever. My energy is up, my weight is down, and I can’t wait to share my results.
