The Air just doesn't do it for me and I was going to purchase a white macbook but heard rumors about the possible redesign of the Macbook line this summer. Well see what happens this week. My fiancée needs a new computer, and mine works fine, but I could still benefit from an upgrade. Good predictions on the iPhone. What Apple doesn't give you, I think third-party developers will. My number one need from Apple: Multimedia messaging. If somebody sends me a picture message, I have to go to some silly AT&T Web page and enter an impossibly convoluted random login and password. Every other cell phone out there can handle picture messaging just fine. There's no excuse for Apple not to do it. Oh, and copy and paste. Every shit cell phone out there can do that too, at least on a limited basis. I’m in the same boat as you with the new laptop.
