You’ve just found a great sport. I’ve been playing for a couple fo years, and as of this year started a team to play on the beach. That’s even more fun, and we even have a national beach Ultimate League.

I’ve heard of this thing the kids call Ultimate and I’m keen on giving it a whirl. Good thing old people can play eh? (that’s just for you and Chris, and Eliza if she reads this ;^)

Ultimate Frisbee without a doubt owns hard, except when you are uncoordinated and injure your knee.

I’m ultra competitive at it, though. So, watch out when I get healthy again. It’ll be ON like Donkey Kong.

We play our own version involving our dog – dog + frisbee = fun. Our new pup will also be trained in the fine art of frisbee fun.
