		<description>Hey Colin -- I have noticed small changes in my old habits starting to happen as well.  Sometimes when that alarm goes off at 6 am, and I can either hit the treadmill or hit the snooze button, it helps to think about all of the "damn, you are lookin' skinny!" comments that we're going to get in six months.

Keep up the good work, man.</description>
