I agree. This is a great idea. Though I’ve always gotten by on the kindness of strangers (mostly via the help forums), I can understand the intimidation factor some folks feel when dealing with tech-heavy forums — I’ve felt it myself, though I’m generally more overcome by thrift than intimidation
Add to that the number of people and companies using WordPress more professionally, and I think the business model has real potential.
