Wordpress 2.9 and oEmbed and Viddler
While perusing Aaron Brazell’s always great 10 things you need to know about [the latest upcoming version of Wordpress] for Wordpress 2.9 I noticed that it will have oEmbed support.
Back in June 2008 I added an oEmbed service to Viddler. That means that in the next version of Wordpress you’ll be able to embed Viddler videos using a very simple embed code like this:
