		<description>I was back up to 220 this week (only gained about .4 officially from last week, but about 2 from last Wednesday) so a lot of us are in the same boat, Colin.  Mine can be attributed to cast parties opening weekend of a play Im in... as well as cooking spaghetti and having it the last 2 nights.  Oh yeah, and the pizza on Friday.  

But the last 2 days for lunch - salad.  So let's all get back on track and stick to it!

Can't wait to hear about the "more reasons" to be successful! :)</description>
