		<description>I&#039;m on week 57 but going nowhere. I switched from Saturday morning weigh-ins to Thursday morning weigh-ins (because my wife didn&#039;t want to watch weight on weekends). I was down 2.5 lbs Sat-Thur. After hearty BBQ&#039;s friday and saturday .. I&#039;m up 2.5 lbs since Fri-Sun. I haven&#039;t updated the blog yet. 		<description>Way to Go both DeVroes!  Congratulations.  Colin, how do you feel about losing that much weight in one week?  I have been told by many in the nutrition and fat loss industries that numbers like that include muscle loss. Do you agree with that?  I&#039;m not sure that I know enough to agree or disagree myself.

Maybe I&#039;ll do some research and write a post about it.  I updated my own loss (4.3 pounds this week - yippee) on my blog. I am under the impression that not all my 4.3 pounds is fat, that a portion is muscle. 		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Way to Go both DeVroes!  Congratulations.  Colin, how do you feel about losing that much weight in one week?  I have been told by many in the nutrition and fat loss industries that numbers like that include muscle loss. Do you agree with that?  I&#8217;m not sure that I know enough to agree or disagree myself.</p>
<p>Maybe I&#8217;ll do some research and write a post about it.  I updated my own loss (4.3 pounds this week &#8211; yippee) on my blog. I am under the impression that not all my 4.3 pounds is fat, that a portion is muscle. I posted my update on my blog today. 
I lost 1lb. But that&#039;s ok! I&#039;m not doing a crash diet or anything. So it&#039;s all goooooooood! 
I&#039;m looking at this as a lifetime thing. Now that I&#039;m getting older, I need to take care of my body better than I ever have. Life&#039;s too short. And only we can take care of our own health and body. I want to be around for a long time. 

So it&#039;s more about health for me really. :-)

Keep up the great work! 
ps. I so would like to get to know your Eliza better. I hope she does get a blog soon!</description>
