As you might know, I had to stop &quot;the diet&quot; in mid-August due to the Renaissance Festival madness which really screwed up my eating habits.  I started with you at 225 and I have managed to keep it steady at 215 however. :)

I am going to try and get back on things here this week, so I will probably be in here a little bit more.  Glad to hear you have done so well - my goal is to get under 190, and you have already met it! I can&#039;t say I will be playing basketball 2 hours a day, but I&#039;ll have to find other ways.

How long are you going to be losing - I may continue to need some encouragement after you&#039;ve met your goal, if there is still anybody around once you meet it.
