Weigh in: Week Fourteen

This will be a quick weigh in, being that Mike is in town. Last week I was 192.2 pounds, while this week I’m down 2 pounds at 190.2 pounds. These last pounds seem to be more difficult – so I’m going to put in a slightly more concerted effort over the next three weeks to get to my goal.
