		<description>Try this. Oats and water in the morning, more water throughout the day, and guess what the evening meal is? Just lettuce....no starchy food, like rice, etc... Do a bit of exercise everyday, e.g walking (power walking i.e.). Sounds spartan, but I went down from 80 kg to 69 kg in a month. Cheers.</description>

		<description>I just want to say congrats, man. It&#039;s such a battle, isn&#039;t it? I&#039;m on my own weight loss journey, and so far I&#039;ve lost 15 lbs in about 3 months (so approx 5 lbs/month). I hope to be my &quot;ideal weight&quot; before the end of the year... Bikini in December? ;-)

I haven&#039;t taken pictures of myself to compare before/afters, so my test has been fitting into my old &quot;thinner&quot; clothes, which I&#039;m happy to say is working. And once those thinner clothes start feeling loose, even better. :-)</description>

To lose weight in a healthy way, you would want to lose about two pounds per week consistantly.  At that rate, eight pounds per month would be a very good goal - and you are nearly there.  So, in my opinion, seven pounds is excellent.</description>

I&#039;m a little discouraged because I know I could have done better, but I&#039;ve made some changes that I&#039;m pretty proud of, like not eating out as much is probably the biggest one.
