		<description>Hey as long as it&#039;s going down and not up right?! 1 pound in a week is still a sign of progress :)  They say a healthy amount to lose per week is 2 lbs so it&#039;s not that far off!

		<description>Congrats Colin, one less pound is progress!  You have been such an inspiration to me and this whole &quot;diet&quot; has really kept me motivated (7.4 pounds lost so far).  

I agree with you, keeping track of calories is also the most important thing for me.  Last night, while cutting brownies for today&#039;s picnic, I ate what amounted to 1/2 a brownie.  I actually pulled the brownie mix box from recycling and wrote down the calories (fat, fiber, carbs too) in my journal.  I still had enough calories left in my day to have my glass of merlot!  

I just wish women could lose weight are quickly as men do.  I know it has to do with muscle composition and therefore metabolism, but somehow it just doesn&#039;t seem fair LOL!!</description>
