If so, or even if not, you should try out the new and improved version of HIIT. You can't go wrong either way, but this one is working even better for me so far:

		<description>HIIT running is definitely an odd thing. Lungs are definitely getting a lot more used to it, and while playing basketball it felt as though I noticed some improvement. Maybe it was just mental, but I guess that's half the battle.</description>
