		<description>Great job Colin! You&#039;ll hit the 40 lb lost mark soon! I&#039;ll find out this week if I&#039;ve lost 40 yet, last weigh in I was down 34.9 so hopefully, I&#039;ll have broken the 40 lb mark this time.

You&#039;re doing good, but don&#039;t get complacent with your eating. That&#039;s a trap!</description>
