		<description>I&#039;m doing good. This week I&#039;m down 0.5, but I had an off week where I didn&#039;t really get outside as much as I had previously, but I also didn&#039;t have any diet setbacks.  I&#039;m just slightly behind on my lose 2 pounds per week, but I&#039;m not really worried about that as the rest of this week is activity filled.  I&#039;ve talked with a few people in the past week or two and they&#039;ve told me that it is very important to re-evaluate and set new goals when you reach success in one thing. So I&#039;ve been thinking a bit about what I am going to do and my goals are for once I&#039;ve reached my target weight.</description>
