		<description>About time you decided to put a little muscle on those bones of yours. :) Remember, building muscle increases your metabolism which is something you should always be doing.

Also, you should seriously give the whole eat-six-times-a-day thing a go for a few weeks. Keep it to a portion of protein and a portion of carbs and you're golden (portion being roughly the size of your fist). It's tough at first but once you get going it "jacks up" your metabolism as well. :D

Keep up the good work.

Anyway, great job on losing the 17!  Doug and I are in fact related (we're twins actually).

Staying focused on the goal is the hard part for me too.  That's why I'm doing "The-Diet" blog ... public accountability is a good way to stay focused. :-)

I've got a few feeds I'm following already, and I'll keep an eye out here for any additional participants I've missed.
