		<description>I find the same thing is true. If I&#039;m not vigilant in my tracking, I will get sidetracked and weighed down. I&#039;m now up 15 from where I got to last time (which was 10 less than I wanted), just because I stopped keeping track. 

Here&#039;s my goal: 25 down by February 1.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m the same as you, Colin. If I&#039;m not doing anything to keep myself accountable, I can easily let myself slide. I weighed about 220 a couple months ago, and just the other day weighed myself at 230. Without realizing it I had put on another 10 lbs. 

I want to commit to getting back into the swing of things, but I feel pretty powerless at the moment. Having lost next to no weight at all during our last challenge, I don&#039;t feel very positive about achieving any goal that I set with regards to my weight. 

I also just realized you never told me what gift you want from Amazon for winning the last challenge. :)</description>
