Wow, being approached by companies, etc. is awesome!
Definitely is motivating to see so many people join up and do it. It's great.

Colin, that's great news! I can't wait to read the update!
Good for Eliza! She's a good partner!
My Hubby has been keeping me on track too.
For example, today. We just got back from jogging and since I took the day off yesturday for personal reasons, when I went back today to jog, Holy CRAP! You wouldn't think it, but one day of skipping working out does make a HUGE difference.
I was huffing and puffing and stopping and saying, "I can't do it baby... I'm tired. That's it, I quit. I'm walking..." And he was so cool about it, "Just walk, catch your breath. Don't give up. You're just tired... you can do it baby." Yeah, we're corny like that but... if it wasn't for him, I would still be snoring my head in bed. He is definitely the one that keeps me motivated in that dept.

And as far as the healthy eating, that's more my part. LOL I am the one who is coming up with the menu, what we eat and how much and what we can snack on and so forth. So... it definitey does help to have the apple of your eye there for support. Yayy for Eliza too!

Keep up the great work! You're doing good!
